I know you asked this 10 months ago, but I am glad to see this.
In the very very very early days of Gladius I made a mod for the Steel Legion and the next faction I was making was the Death Korps. It was in a modding spree willing to do all factions of AM.
Unfortunately I stopped modding. At that time Gladius had to change their modding engine a lot and this made maintenance harder, some traits were removed etc ; debugging was harder at that time than it is now ; and of course because I "needed to find funds" for daily life and so what happens usually happened too here.
But there are some modders making excellent mods for marines, eldars, chaos, so I will first check if anything is coming up for AM, before even trying to go at it again.
but then, I also wonder if there are other players willing to see that.
And yes, the fact that the game is 3D makes it extremely harder as I am a scripter and not a modeler. For the Steel Legion I managed to edit some textures and change dimensions of it, but it was just "hacking some presentation".
Custom mesh and weapon model.
