mod.io
i dont know if this goes to bug reports or modding but ill put it here for now. whenever i log into mod.io after putting in the code, i get logged in then a second later it automatically logs out. theres even a message saying that i logged in. how to fix?

That sounds like a mod.io specific bug - you can try asking on their discord (they will probably need your log file), they are usually pretty fast to respond: https://discord.mod.io/

Additionally, you can install mods manually by downloading them from mod.io, and then drag and drop the entire .zip file (don't extract it) into the game window.

okay thanks. ill do option 2 since it just might be faster and i dont enjoy socializing.

I have had success unzipping mod folders into the game files mod folder as well. Dragging into the window is probably easier, though.

which window again? like open the game in window mode and dragging them there or?

Yes - the game window (in windowed mode).
