Vision Settings and what they mean...
So, in a bid to make my tanks and units less dumb in my TCI mod, im going to start messing with vision. However, I dont fully understand what each of settings actually means and how it translates. I have what I think it means, but id rather know for sure.

What does each of: Uncover, H_FOV, and V_FOV actually mean?

Then, where can we find out what settings each unit or vehicle is using in game?

I've always assumed they are Horizontal and Vertical Field of View.

Honestly, same. Then "Uncover" is what?
Another question about Vision and why my AI wont seem to fire through foliage......

Why wont they? On the map Dam, I often am able to spawn camp the AI, and their spawn is surrounded by bushes on one side. I set up my infantry on the hill, up the road overlooking the spawn, then stick my tanks on the opposite side, down the road, but they have to shoot through the foliage, but they refuse to. They clearly have line of fire, they clearly have line of sight and the units are all lit up due to my infantry on the hill like 50m away, but my infantry and tanks alike, flatly refuse to shoot through foliage.....

If I need to, I can easily to get a quick clip of this in action.....its every time im on Dam.

I think "Uncover" might be the distance from viewer before the unit becomes visible.

":but they have to shoot through the foliage, but they refuse to."

If you press Alt + V, then press it again, you'll first see the "volume" boxes, then the "volume" boxes name. Press again to remove them.
Some of these may block vision and or line of sight with their associated properties.

Just a guess.

Interesting, ill have to Alt V next time im in.

Also, why is Uncover such a small value compared to the vision H and V FOV? Its like H and V FOV of like 90 and 120, but uncover of 1-20 ish....
