Publishing not working

I tried to upload my map according to the guide. When I publish it, it find all files and confirms that the upload ID has been created. However I do not find it online (and it has been weeks now). Anybody an idea what this could be?

The folder is called "dukeington" and contains the following files:
dukeington.json
dukeington.map
dukeington.png
readme.txt (containing the list of the files below)
001_full.png to 012_full.png

When I run "cmdtool list" it also shows me that there are 0 items uploaded.

Ok, I guess I figured it out, although I am still not sure what the root cause was. Either the file name has to be within a length of 8 character. The other option is that something went wrong with the first upload. When I published the same files again in a new folder, the ID was much short and worked. Maybe this helps somebody else, who is facing similar issues.
