Report a translation problem
If that doesn't work, loading it into blender and exporting it as FBX with Path Mode set to Copy might work. In that case, it will create a folder with the textures in it that should get imported too. If not, copying the folder to the imported directory (%userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\PillowCastle\SuperliminalSteam\UGC\Models\[random letters and numbers]) should make it work.
If FBX isn't working either, you can try exporting it as gITF 2.0, with the Format set to gITF Binary. This will create a single file with all the textures in it and that SHOULD work.
Again, it's been forever since I messed with level editor stuff, so it's all a blur. I should have written the stuff down/made a guide or something back when it was all fresh.
