is goat sim still getting updates and mabye even more maps

Yes it should.

It's going to take awhile because of the recent release of the PS4 & PS3 Edition.
These editions will have to be updated because it needs more fix ups on graphics and controls to make sure all functions are working fine as the PC Version. And to prepare the PlayStation VR.
So it could take awhile for the next update and maps for the PC and other versions.
