Ive tried for ever it seems to create a decent tactic for portsmouth as i planned to take them back to the top. However with such poor players initially - who in turn are great headers and physical, theyre horrifically terrible at defending and converting chances.

Since the team are so bad at tackling i plan to defend ''en mass'' crowding out the attackers, yet using my target men in the squad as a direct approach.

I really struggle with setting up a tactic in this manner and would appreciate all help sent my way. at the moment we offer nothing up front but im looking for the targetman to score from crosses.
