A question of mods

As the title,why can't I use the mod [|| Immersion Overhaul Mutator V1.14 ||] in game?

As far as I know, the server has to be set up to run the mutator. The official servers and other private servers don't run the mod, which might be the problem.

you have to find a specific server(s) that run the mod.
