1) Can people who make mods introduce entirely new cars into the game or are they still bound by what the cars look like in-game, just a different version of them?

2) If I subscribe to a car mod I like, is this all I have to do? will I be able to find the car in barns or do they even show up as needing repairs?

3) I am learning how to put my own skins and decals on some of the equipment and lockers in the game. To do more advance modding, is there ever coding involved or is it mainly an artistic thing/graphical thing where already existing game files are replaced with custom ones?
