Help?

So I just downloaded mods but they doesnt even add into the game and when I delete mods they are still in the game. I cant add or take away anything. Help?

You have to manually delete the files, unsubbing just makes you not receive possible updates automatically anymore.
Some mods (skins/weapons/perks) that don't deliver their own loaders (i.e. mutators) need ServerPerks (or other equivalents) to be pre-existent so the game loads them.
