in short, hulk died.
though you can change stack sizes in ini so no mods needed anyways
If you have this mod number in your mods directory, You should be able to add it to the mods list for your single player game in the GameUserSettings.ini file. forcing the game to use it. Should work. Not like fallout 76 where someone said, "It Just Works!". Sometimes you can get your items back.
NOTE: Understand that this mods changes the item ID numbers which is why you loose your items when the mods gets removed, as they are no longer vanilla items.
IF you do not know how to manipulate the information in theses INI files, you NEED TO LEARN how to do it.
Thanks for the info, our admin found a solution that got everything back and I think we switched to Ultra Stacks, which is a lot smoother to use, and the one I use on my single player game.
