Someone help please! Uplooading level

How can I upload my level i've built it, it works I've finnished it. But how do I upload it?

Publish it via the button in the editor, you have to test play the level first to proof that its functional before you can upload it.

I've clicked the publish button and completed my level afterwards it loads an older save of it and nothing happens.
