Something a little slower?
As someone who played Necrodancer to completion years ago, and wants to get back into it today, I'm finding the tempo of many of the songs to be just too fast for my reaction time when in combat with lots of foes.

I'm looking for mods that might slow things down a bit. Bringing down the tempo of the vanilla songs, or introducing brand-new songs with lower BPM.
