Workshop Content not installed???
When I download my items from workshop like skins and maps they dont install I also removed the skins that annoyed me and they dont go away please help me its starting to annoy me...

You have to manually unistall everything. This isnt a source game.
If you mean that even after unsubbing and then refreshing the item's page to see if you actually unsubbed, yeah its a valve updating steam problem and this problem is effecting every game with workshops.
