Help to submit a mod
Hello,
I modified the files of Victoria 3 to create new buildings and new trade goods. When I directly modify the game files, the changes work, but if I create a mod and place the modified files in the mod folder, the game does not work. (I'm used to modding in EU4).
Can you help me? Thank you.
