[Build] Textures not found, only default bricks
I looked around here on the forum, but I couldn't find any topics dealing with this specific issue. Whenever I go to create a new map I only see the default bricks texture. All other textures in the 3D V menu are blacked out. If I load an existing map it finds only the textures used in the map -- none of the others. Back in the old days Build would list all available textures all the time. The Steam edition seems to be malfunctioning in many ways.

I did run kextract against duke3d to get the .dat, .art, and .map files out. I placed those files in gameroot. All it did was change the default brick texture. It still won't actually load unused textures for me to pick from.

I remember making maps in Build many many years ago before I picked up Unreal Ed. Really looking to make some maps for a monthly LAN party coming up. Hope someone can help!

Derp...totally forgot about the used textures feature. Hit V a second time to see them all. Sorry, it's been almost 2 decades now. And to think...this is where it all started for me with Build waaaaaay back in the day.
