:T:F:N: Arena Contest!
Looking for Duke mappers to build an Arena for My clan The Frag Nation. I want it to be based on Unreal Tournament's Morbius Map, and have found a remake of the map that can be used for as a base. I also want our map to be unique and advertise our clan in some way. Via banners, and a logo in the middle. Here is the base map: {LINK REMOVED}

Take as long as you need, the deadline is the 1st of May. It may be as detailed possible, whichever map I deem the most worthy shall get a message back. So comment below if you agree upon doing this, and friend me so when you are finished you can link me the map and whenever it hits deadline the winner shall be messaged and my put it on the workshop.

What the shadow warrior version did was pretty good, so if you want to do something similar you can, but make it have something in reference to the frag nation.:duke:

Hi, I build something. I never played the original morbius so I can't tell if I captured the vibe but it feels good to me. It's definitiely larger than the original as far I can tell from the videos I watched but that should be ok considering that movement in Duke is much less fine-motoric than that of UT. I didn't use your logo as a texture. Instead I build it into the maps geometry.

The map features some excessive sprite work so it will possibly run slow on old machines. Additionally ther are some (minor) sprite bugs. Nothing that will stop you from having fun dukematching.

Could you provide a direct map link I can't use the rar file because I don't have a thing that could unzip the rar and am not able to download things on this computer? Thanks.

Thank you for all your hard work, it will be appreciated so much. My friend is fixing some of the errors and giving the map a litte more balance with some of the weapon spawning and some more spawns. He will still give you credit and maybe we can play this sometime after it is uploaded to workshop I'll be hosting maps on it daily. :duke:

Cool. Im anxious to see if your friend can fix the errors. So many sprites in the map. :) Also change as much as you want concerning weapons and spawns. The map was not playtested so what I put in there is more of a theoretical suggestion. Just give me a shout out here when your'e finished. I definitely want to see what you guys changed.
