A few patch ago i've seen that the developers have released a patch which makes custom sponser's leader portrait to appear in the diplomacy screen
However,as i launched the game with a couple of sponser mods I have realised that even the game's vanilla leader's screen has turned into a still image.(all diplomacy screen defult into minimum quality)

This is frankly infuriately after hours of trying to make the mods work.

Anyone is experiencing the same problem?
Is Anyway to fix it?

If this is an intentional sloution of 'Supporting the modder's sponsers mod' then this is simply the most idiotic fixes i've seen.
