Professor Funny Beagle Dog has Democracy 3

Unable to download mods

Hey everybody

It seems that once you unsubscribe from a mod, you are unable to redownload it, no matter what.

Anybody know if this is normal and how you can fix this?

I am having the same issue with a couple of mods. Not all of them, but some of them.

I'm not sure how I fixed it again but it was related to the game files remembering the first time you downloaded the mod and not time you redownloaded it. Manually deleting the mods in the game files fixed it if I recall right but do google a bit.
