Mod to remove deadly diseases?
I don't like diseases. Sometimes you don't have medicine and you don't want your colonists to slowly and painfully die as it becomes more and more out of your control as you work to get that medicine, and then even when you do get it, the tend quality is only 24% so they die anyway.

I'd like to keep non-deadly things like cryptosleep sickness and muscle parasites, just things like random plagues and infections for humans and animals. I can't be picky though, so tell me whatever you know of.

There's a diseases slider in custom storyteller settings. Cryptosleep sickness is unrelated to diseases, so that'll still be a thing, but if you set the slider to zero it'll disable everything else. I tend to do this a lot because I just don't find having pawns in bed for days all that fun or challenging.

A mod like Incident Tweaker 'might' let you set individual diseases, but I'm pretty sure it's only for actual events rather than biome-specific things like disease frequency. It's an awesome mod either way, assuming it's updated for 1.6.
cool thanks!

may be wrong but you can edit your scenario (either at the start or with Scenario Amender) to disable incidents you dont want, which includes diseases.

Sure, but without mods you can't later undone that, whereas tweaking the storyteller lets you undo the change at any time.
