Go to nexusmods.com, register for a free account (they will ask you if you want to buy premium, but you do NOT have to. You can use the site fully free.) Find Skyrim (it should be right up at the top of the list) and browse mods you like. If you want to download one, decide whether you want to download manually or with a mod manager like Vortex (also something you can use, but don't have to) and begin your modding adventure.

A mod manager of some sort is recommended, because though you have more control with a manual install, it makes a huge mess of your data folder after a while. Also, strongly suggest you read the pinned topics on these forums, before you begin, so you can avoid some of the common headaches and mistakes.

welp am not going to use it cuz hard to download
