Which game you are trying to mod? Steam does not show an owner's flag for this game (32bit Skryim.) Are you trying to mod Skyrim Special Edition? Your game inventory is private, so I can't see which game you are using from there.

oh, yes, it's the special edition; so I just realise all the mods of steam I subscribe are for the old version only (which is really annoying because there was really good ideas of mod there xD )

but so, my problem now is to find a mod which is available for SSE wich allow to eliminate the thieves guild or something like that :/

BGS has their own modding platform, which you can access from Skyrim SE launcher.

However, I suggest moving to mod manager and using Nexus instead. BGS mods system is still a sort of "workshop" system and they have nuked forums for them entirely. It is going to be hard to get any support for mods installed through the service.

I don't personally go after TG. They don't kill they marks and - as we can see during the story - there are plenty of brutal people coming to their place.

However: I do wipe out DB entirely. Always. Don't need those around.

If you are Imperial oriented, then you can even start killing some Thalmor, while at it.
