Mod to remove the Safety need?
I like building Super Max Federal Prisons, and now with the HL2 mod, I need all of the Armed Guards. However, My Inmates/Citizens do not like that, and they're always angry.

I would appreciate if someone hooked me up/make a mod to remove that need.
