Training - grenades - bug?

Ok guys, i just dl the game yesterday, so today i started to play single player, training, but at the end of grenade phase, when i was threwing the nades, suddenly the nade dissapeared from my hands, and couldnt get more nades, and i was just stucked at that point, pressed all buttons, no more nades for me. So i tryed again and got the same problem. So i really aprecciate if u could tell me why its happening and how could i solve it.

P. D. Sometimes the game just crash itself, but i have a good computer, 6 gbs RAM, newest generation processor, etc. Should i reinstall the game?

at least its good to know im not the only one, so that means theres a hope to fix it then.

ok, i tryed over and over again, bug after bug, and finally i coulded finish the training. So u should try until it works by itself.

i had this problem reinstall the game and try again but mine started working after 3 tries

It seems to be working now, but just to know, steps for uninstall:
1. Delete all game local content at library.
2. Go again in to the game section to download it and reinstall.

My questions:

1. Is this procedure ok or i need to do other step?
2. What if i just delete my local content, and when i try to go the game section and reinstall, i cant do it cause isnt free anymore? ill be able to download it again? (i downloaded this game in the FREE dl day).

Yeah, im new on steam so it will be great if u could clear the points, thanks soo much.
