How do I upload to the workshop?
I checked the "learn more" thing and the modding on the wiki, but couldn't find anything telling me how to upload something to the workshop.

Launch the game, game editor in main menu, then upload to workshop. Something like that.

yeah well you see i made a tech and when i go on the editors and try to upload to workshop, the tech doesnt appear .. help?
