How to delete project?
Edit: False alarm! They must have optimized the game a lot since the last time I played because it no longer does any of the nonsense that I thought I would have to fix.

I just fired this game up again after a long hiatus and started to make a custom map. Saved it, but it wasn't in its own folder, so I made a new folder for it and saved it there. But the original TABProject file is still in the Projects folder.

<xxx>I recall from when I messed around with it a couple years ago, the game saves files related to the TABProject in 3 other locations, and I think even deleting all those doesn't remove it from the list of recent files, so I can't just delete the old TABProject file from windows and have it go away. Is there some convenient way to completely get rid of the first save or do I have to try to hunt down all the related files in the steam folder? I would like not to have extra obsolete copies things cluttering up my computer.<xxx> (it no longer does this)

your TAB.project is usually in MyDocuments/MyGames/TAB/Projects

Yes, I said that above. However, the game creates a multitude of files in your steam directory related to it. Deleting the TABProject file doesn't remove those. I'm judging from your response that you have no idea how it works and I'm going to have to sort through my steam directory hunting them all down like I had to do last time I messed with the editor and wanted to get rid of obsolete projects.

Didn't intend a negative tone with the post above. I had already looked through the forum a bit and seen that you are a good guy who spends time trying to help people on this forum. And I recognize your name as the creator of the Quintus Crane campaign. My thought process was just thus: The resident expert on the forum doesn't know the answer -> I'm on my own.
