I started a new game as my last one just default crashed in month 163 on multiple saves for whatever reason. I conquered vjun, and have been setting up mining operations. It gives me the option to build "additional mining facility", I can click it, it drains my funds, there's a slot available for it, but it doesn't show up, and my income for the planet doesn't change. Any suggestions?
