When I do an internet search it appears, but when I open the link it comes up with the error "You must be logged in to view this item", but I found a link to the mod page's changelog which I can in fact look at:
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/changelog/3393172805
EDIT: Accessing the main page from that link made me verify due to the 'Sexual Content' descriptor, so it may be hidden in the Workshop for you depending on whatever your preference settings are.
The main page link is:
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3393172805
going on here.
Some mods that are deemed as mature content are hidden in the search unless you're logged in with preferences set specifically to allow them.
This is not "special content" though.. the settings for it are in your Store preferences (so the dropdown list in the top right near your avatar, then store preferences) where you can see several categories of what type of content is permitted to appear for you. The "community" checkboxes are what apply to mods. I have all 10 boxes there checked, which is probably why I had no issue searching for the mod.
So I really don't know what is going on here, because this Mod isn't shown even using the workshop search. Btw I worked in computer business.....

Three of them pertain to nudity / sexual content, varying in degrees. Legend of Shem is marked with both 'Some' and 'Frequent'. The modder may have added those descriptors due to nude statues or something like that.
If you only have 3 categories altogether, I wonder if it's some region-specific configuration, and the existing sexual content filter does not include those marked with the latter 2.
Two possibilities I can think of:
- one being what Dread said above that it's region specific
- the other one is that you actually have your birthday set on steam and it's set to a date that would make you not old enough to have those options.
Also if you're viewing your store page in German, then it's very easy to mistranslate them as they all roughly mean the same thing aka. "mature content", basically all 5 of them, it's just small nuances separating them.
My guess is that you simply have the first 3 options available due to some form of restriction and the mod would be classified under the 4th one as "Frequent nudity or sexual content" and as such is hidden for you.
Either way, the mod is still where it was, it hasn't been moved or changed in any way and this is entirely a steam store thing excluding it from the search for you.
Allgemeine nicht jugendfreie Inhalte
General content not suitable for young people (or minors)
Häufige Darstellung von Gewalt, Blut oder Verstümmelung
Frequent depiction of violence, blood or mutilation
Gelegentliche Darstellungen von Nacktheit oder sexuellen Handlungen
Occasional depictions of nudity or sexual acts
and all are allowed, what others options you have I don't know.
But we can stop discussing this topic now. I think it can't really be solved because I deleted cookies and set my correct age and nothing changed.
You only have the first 3 options available and not the last 2... but you NEED the last 2 (more specifically the 4th, Frequent nudity to see the mod - which don't even show up as options for you.
This means that your account for whatever reason is restricted to under 18 content only. It could be that you initially set your birthday incorrectly or so (platforms like these won't change restrictions if you later change your birthdate, they simply "won't believe you"), or there could simply be some law in your region forcing them to only allow certain content etc.
But the bottom line is that for one reason or another, your account is restricted so it's an account thing and it's not something with the mod or steam etc.
