What's the best hands free flashlight mod?

Or is there a way to clip your flashing vanilla in Build 42? You would think the L torch would clip on your belt by default, but can only be used off handed smh

If you find the ALICE pack you can clip the angled flashlight in vanilla, not sure if there are other things that work or if there is anything you can make that will allow this.
