This mod needs sanctioned status ASAP. AFAI can tell, this is a good optimization mod that does not otherwise impact game play, only making the game perform better.

Please sanction this mod or explain why it cannot be sanctioned.

Correct. The author hasn't set it to Applied, so it's unlikely the devs will ever review it for Approved status. Not that I can blame the author because FS themselves stated a while back that they were no longer going to sanction additional mods.
