訂閱後無法使用mods

我訂閱了一些外觀的模組，但是進入遊戲後啥都沒有，我有試過把模組的pak檔直接丟到~mods裡面也沒用，但是網路下載的nexus mod有生效，想問怎麼處理

在離線模式下mod是不能生效，需要在開啟時在線上才行。
