Help finding the Razor

I have found 2 of the 3 required parts for the razor, but can't find the hilt. There is no quest marker for it and lets face it, there are a LOT of places it could be hiding in ( the sneaky little bugger). A point in the right direction would be more than appreciated. I don't have much hair left that I can afford to be pulling out. Cheers everyone!

The quest giver tells you that the hilt is in the display case in his house/museum.
Try paying attention to the dialog from the npc who provides clues on progress.
Sine you complain about a lack of a quest marker, I bet you are the type that would find Morrowind overwhelming and unplayable.
