Prison Architect

Which side do you sit on?
Brutal Punishment or noble attempts to reform? From the Panopticon to the Supermax, this is your chance to publish or subscribe to the best prisons from the Architect community.
Feasability of an "Immortal" mod.
This is a weird idea, but hear me out.

I'd like modders to tell me if it would be possible to make kind of a "supernatural" type of prisoner (before i jump down the rabbit hole):

- They arrive as normal intake, they could arrive as any prisoner but the concept is more intented for death row.
- They are immortal, if you try to execute them, it will not work, if they end up in a riot, they can be subdued, but killing them is not possible.
- Executing them is actially going to make things worse because not only will they survive it, but they will also get into a frenzy.

So yeah, I'm not asking anyone to do this for me, but is it even possible with the tools we have? And in a non "horrifyingly hacky and complex" fashion?

The short answer is No.

The longer one is: prisoner traits are not moddable, so adding a Deadly or whatever tag you want on him can't be done.

He would die in a riot like anybody else, but of course some Frankenstein mod would be able to resurrect him on a workbench - that's just a matter of some production rules for dead entities and a lua script which would deal with the rest once he's on the 'special table'.

Execution is shielded from modding, so that can't be touched.
But you can use my lovely Tesla-Matic 3.0 mod to bring on some sparkling torture moments if you care.

the gimmick was more to notice and sort those prisoners from your regular population early because executing them would be potentially dangerous. but fair enough.
