how do i make skins

i really want to make skins, but, no tutorials exist and the website explains little to nothing, please help me, ive been trying for 3 hours this session

The Wiki explains everything you need to create your custom skin.

Everything is well explained, on the left you can see (interface, keys, menu, SFX, ...) and finally the Skin.ini file that allows you to adjust size and position of each element.
