Mech Shows Damaged Equipment in Deploy Screen, Everything Fine in Mechbay
Running mods, everything was working good till hitting Rep 5 in campaign mode.
In the mission deploy screen, a mech shows damaged equipment, and a 52/45 overtonnage on the mech. It also deploys damaged. However, when I go to the mechbay, the mech is completely fine at its normal 45/45 tonnage. Any advice?

You know, listing the mods you're using might help a little, maybe a tiny bit, even just a fraction, at least, probably, I think.

From Nexus mods


Incompatibilities:
Anything that modifies DerivedMech - this includes salvage mods intended for vanilla usage, as well as total overhauls like MercTech.
Any mod that alters vanilla HPS, MDA or Loadout files - these break mechs fairly majorly.
Anything that modifies HeroMechsForPurchase table - required to slot the MWO hero mechs into the market spawn table.
MechAttributeViewer - this is for vanilla games.
SMMO - functionality implemented directly into YAML now
Unofficial Mechwarrior V Patch - for vanilla only
Quality Of Life Upgrades 2 - as this is a lot of YAML QoL features without YAML attached for vanilla play, obviously incompatible.
If anyone is interested in making additional mechs or loadouts compatible with this mod, jump onto the discord and join in on the modding.

There may be other incompatible mods in your list - I don't know them all - you need to read the mod description very carefully

Enhanced Salvage and Repair definitely was the culprit, was totally making mechs launch with damage that you could not see or repair at the mech bay. Unsubscribe fixed it

Not even the end of your issues. You're going to have mechs with broken hardpoints, and mechs that won't spawn and softlock missions
