Lego battles mod?

I wonder if someone considred or decided to make a mod that is like lego battles? since that was my child hood game. plus i wonder how it will work inside rusted warfare's engine?

it will be hard
In rusted warfare
Units exist independently
If you want to achieve this effect, you can only put multiple units together
that will increase the production difficulty
