You may have too much content uploaded on your Steam account. What I mean by that is other workshop files, screenshots etc.
Those all add to how much you can have uploaded to the steam cloud.

I'll still take a look into why this may be.

Hmm I barely have anything uploaded - but ill see if removing some helps.

i have the same issues with a hat in time, i don't think my computer is high tech enough to run that particular game, are you playing on pc or laptop?? that might effect certain games as well
