Like advance moisture vaporators? Or Electric Water Tanks that fill themselves from deposits or the air?

Anything tied to Breakthrough Lake Vaporators or 100% water counter for terraforming?

Once lakes and surface water are self regulating it must be possible to provide water from many many more surface water deposits or to pump from the lakes
