[IDEA] Syringe Bomb
Basically, you put a syringe (or a couple) into a bomb, and it either shoots out several syringes when activated, or just makes a cloud that gives the effect of whatever syringe was placed inside.

Easiest way to make this would be to just copy paste the acid grenade and add to the cloud the effects you want and remove the acid burn effect
