I keep getting a warning for fnis.
I don’t have anything downloaded for Skyrim but when I try to update it it says 1 warnings
Generated files redirected toC:\Users\OPG Turtle\AppData\Roaming\Vortex\skyinse\mods\FNISData (Default)

Not sure about the file path, but is there any possibility you're trying to use the special edition version of a mod on the old 32 bit version of the game?
