how to make a tube?

i checked all bricks including scalable
and i was surprised than lego have 2 tubes of the same 4* diameter
and scalable seem have zero
what is wrong with this game ?
how its not possible to have a scalable tube ?
their is quarter circle and quarter hole but that not make a tube
and noting can fit in a 4* tube else maybe a canon what is not enought alone
i planed to make amginot eclipsable turret that hide in a bunker roof after each shoot protected by many layers of tungsten
its the sole sucessfull design of the frenchin ww2 and also the unic bunker design that resisted the 88mm and all the HE bombs
even if its not enought for against the cliped gameplay it can clip too
but how to sight in a 2* internal cylinder without cliping ?

a hollow cylinder
their is hole that we can scale at your wish its ok
their is cynlinder the same
but their is only 2 kind of cylinder with the hole inside
its the half or the quarter
once asembled in a full ring the outside is 4*4 and the inside 2*2 that can fit a 2*2 fuel tank or a round canon or a 2*2 cylinder that all and obivously all the 1*1 squared stuff can get inside
but we canot fit both of a mg and a camera
else the 1/3 things not lego
and we canot use it as turet because their is no hole of 4*4 in lego

a player show me a tube in multi
but when i opended in editor it was nothing i guess because not uploaded
when i exited he had quited
it was made of scalable and when i atempted it was impossible to snap them
not sure if he made it pined
