Wii Fit Trainer is being made.
A Yoshi with the smash moveset would be pretty neat but I have been using Big Yoshi lately as a substitute so I have been happy with that.
"Smash Wario"
I feel like Wario from Charizard6903 is the closest thing to it. I really enjoyed what they did with the character.
"Princess Peach (Super Mario)"
I'm hoping they make Daisy and Rosalina skins if someone makes this character.

"Vault Boy (Fallout)"
Haha, I love Fallout so this would make me so happy if someone made a vault boy character. Honestly a top tier character imo.
"Dark Samus (Metroid)"
I'm pretty sure that Samus Aran from Joshyboi and leopaof has a Dark Samus skin. Not 100% but you can check it out if you want. The echo fighter is basically just a reskin.
"Olimar"
I really want a proper olimar from smash as well.
"64 Link"
Honestly, I am really hoping for a proper Young Link that references the 64 Zelda games instead of copying the generic moveset. It would be super cool to incorporate the mask mechanic from Majora's Mask like how it was described in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wqRZN8XIZo0&t=952s

Sorry but this character already exists. Search for Ridley by EGGs, that character is really fun to play as!
"Toad (Super Mario Bros)"
Honestly, I prefer using Captain Toad form Muno. The moveset is great and fun to play as!
There are also lots of these characters already existing such as Roy but I assume you mean with Roy's moveset from smash instead of emulating the fire emblem moveset from the games. Also I would like a proper Marth and Robin as well. (I guess we can also put Corrin and Byleth on the list but there's like so many Fire Emblem characters lol)
You are also missing Princess Zelda/Sheik in this list too. It's a crime to not have this character yet. Then, we got Mii Swordfighter and Mii Brawler but no Mii Gunner? Also we are missing bayonetta/shulk/isabelle/minmin and hero. (No Dragon Quest love? Though there's the adorable slime character but still!) There's still a lot of smash characters to look forward too!
Overall, I like some of the characters you've suggested. Hopefully some of them get made!
I've already said some of my suggestions about some smash characters that I wanted added to the roster of Rivals of Aether. However, there are other characters I would like to be added as well. For example, I really like Isaac from the Binding of Isaac and I would like to see a completed version of his character. Another character I would like to see is Hades from the video game Hades and also the main character of Cult of Lamb as well (you mentioned this one already). More indie game representation is always appreciated.
Also since Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door is having a remake soon, I'm hoping to see more representation from the game. In particular, it would be really cool to have a stage for about the Excess Express since I've always liked that part of the game. Also some Super Mario RPG love would be nice.
