Quality of Life Mod Requests
I do not know how to create a mod or I would do this myself but I have a few mod ideas:

Concede Defeat mod - a Mod that allows you to Concede defeat in battle vs the AI.

Double Skill Points - a mod that gives heros double skill points at level up.

Abundance Mod - a mod that doubles the daily resources/monster growth or at least allows the player to increase them

The last of those is somewhat already in the game. Click Advanced when starting a new map and there is a Unit Growth Modifier, as well as options like more mines or cheaper/more expensive units.

A mod that would stop ai factions from killing the last settlement of other ai factions would be dope

Sorry if this is a bit late. A mod to disable portals. At least until a setting for it gets added to advanced settings.
