Seeking mod that limits units per region in some way, or overhaul of corruption system.

Like the title suggests, I'm considering any mods that encourage smaller armies to be used. I feel like too many campaigns just become a multi army doomstack steamrolling through the map. I think what I'd ideally be looking for is a mod that limits the number of units in a region before giving attrition. Bit of realism, you can't have 100,000 troops in a place that can't support that many people.
If I could code I would make an overhaul for the corruption system where you can increase the attrition unit-cap on a region by increasing your faction's corruption percent. I think this complex approach would introduce more nuance to the movement of armies rather than the given "if corruption high: safe. If low: attrition"
