Ranger Outposts Provincial Effects
I've been looking for a mod similar to this one that makes road "buildings" have provincial effects instead of just regional effects. I've looked through the Workshop, but haven't had any luck. Does anybody know of such a mod to make Dwarf Ranger Outposts provincial?
