Usually this happens if you start a game with a mod enabled, save, exit game, disable addon, launch the game, load the save, crash.
Usually it is because a mod added a new ability, the game looks for its Unique ID, can't find it (since you disabled the mod), crashes.

I rolled back the last hotfix and was able to play again. Until tonight. Crashing whenever I select new campaign lol

Tried that didnt work , started a new game same mods made save game. didnt change a thing and now cant reload the save game as it ctd's
