Save game dont load after crash and manual battles crash too, and end turn crash at the 60 faction

It is exactly like i said, do anyone know a mod that may be doing that cause i have 146 mods and after update this error started.

theres a bug from the hotfix i think with caravans/sea lanes. stuff like ovn's araby and SCM's LCCP for immortal empires expanded give seemingly random crashes then dont let you reload the save
