pls tell me how to make custom humans with like hats and hair
ive been trying to add a hat to make my custom character for hours but don't understand how.

If you mean without mods then you can use the resizable housing block in the ? section. It can be recolored. I recommend the K to make wires invisible mod to make it look better.
