Does anyone know whether board games created on TableTop simulator also have AI players? For ex. let's say that I "subscribe" to a game inside workshop and then launch my game. Can I play the games with someone? I don't see any mention about AI players anywhere.
Do we play these games with other players online? If yes, then can the game prevent the other player from making invalid moves. Sorry, I'm new to this game and considering buying it. It would be great if someone could answer my query.
Thank you hope you enjoy the maps!
Thank you! What campaign are you transitioning into next?
This collection is a set of maps to help you play the official Dungeons & Dragons 5th edition starter set campaign “Lost Mine of Phandelver.” This campaign is made for 4-5 players, but my collection of maps can go up to 9 players + the game master who runs the game. All players and the game master must be real players; there are no AI players for this map collection. The host is the only one that needs to be subscribed to the Steam Workshop content, then the rest of the players can join in and auto-download whatever the host has loaded on the table.
You join Tabletop Simulator online games, or you make your own to invite other real players.
This collection does not prevent you from making invalid moves, as the nature of D&D is very open. There are other games in TTS that have strict coding rules in place for different games.
I recommend you look into Tabletop Simulator some more on YouTube as well.

Thank you for explaining all this! I'll check out some Youtube videos on this. But this is very good starting info. :)
