Unable to post to steam workshop.

I've been running into an issue with the steam workshop. I can't seem to upload any blueprints to the workshop, and whenever I do, it says "Error Accessing Service." Interestingly, it does upload something to the workshop, it's just blank, and has a misshapen picture. Has anyone else been having this issue?

Hi, I see the last one you tried to Publish is a failed upload of 0.000 B 3 Jun, we must delete the failed ones of 0.000 B from the Workshop item page because they prevent from republishing.

That said, all information have been added to 2 green Pins, one in General Discussions forum and one in Bug Report sub forum :
